Cancellation &
No-Show Policy

We respect your time and ask that you respect ours. Our policy ensures that all clients have fair access to appointments and that our team can serve everyone effectively.

Cancellation Policy

We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for all appointment cancellations. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to other clients who may be waiting.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. The fee amount depends on the service booked and will be communicated at the time of booking.

No-Show Policy

A no-show occurs when a client fails to appear for a scheduled appointment without prior notice. No-shows significantly impact our ability to serve all clients and affect our staff scheduling.

Clients who no-show without notice may be charged a no-show fee equal to the full cost of the scheduled service.

Repeated no-shows may result in a requirement to prepay for future appointments or, in extreme cases, may affect your ability to book future appointments at Body Techs.

Late Arrivals

We understand that life happens. If you're running late, please call us as soon as possible so we can do our best to accommodate you.

Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their appointment shortened to avoid impacting the next scheduled client. The full service fee will still apply.

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule their appointment. In this case, a late cancellation fee may apply.

Membership Sessions

Membership session cancellations follow the same 24-hour notice policy. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or no-shows will be counted as a used session.

Monthly membership sessions do not roll over to the following month. We encourage you to schedule your sessions early in the month to ensure you use all your included sessions.

Exceptions & Special Circumstances

We understand that emergencies happen. Fees may be waived in cases of genuine medical emergencies, severe weather, or other extenuating circumstances at the discretion of Body Techs management.
